This Is Ross, He is a TV Meteorologist and the founder of this website.  Fell in love with fitness in College and has been creating programs to get into shape for more than a decade.  When he was in College playing baseball he would copy down the workouts they did to stay in shape in season and off season.  This turned into more than a hobby as he kept writing programs for family and friends for many years to follow.
