Start

  1. Barbell should be on the floor with your weight loaded
  2. Grab the bar with had about shoulder width apart
  3. Lift the bar off the floor with your back still bent over but keep your back flat, if your back starts to round you need to use less weight
  4. Row the bar with your arms from your knees to your chest
  5. Continue this for the number of desired reps
