- Single Leg Romanian Barbell Dead Lift 4×10 each
- Heel raise (Soleus) 4×15
- Hip and/add machine 4×10 each
- Quad Extension Machine 4×12
- Plank 1×1 minute each sides, 2×1 minute front (goal continuous without break)
