I have started our own 60 day Bulk workout program it can be found here.
- For me day one came with some modification. As always I like to start with a new photo to see how the progress goes. You can see that photo at the bottom of the post here. I work out mostly in my home made gym. Because I don’t have a spot on most days I tend to stay away for the top of the line on what I can lift. I was supposed to do 3X16 on every lift but I added to the reps total and did less weight which is where I will continue to modify through this program. Make sure to check back on my page for updates on progress as I move along.
Start of the program 176 lbs

Day 15 Body image update
From day 1 to 15 I’m up 4lbs and feeling good about most of the lifts. Make sure that you are using weight that is comfortable but also pushes you to work hard. The first week I took it fairly easy on the weight, now on week 3 I’m doing weight that I haven’t lifted in a long time. If you feel you need to go lower in weights based on your equipment or your needs make sure that you continue to do more reps to get the work in.
